Sanctuary Arrival Guidelines

Essential customs and protocols designed to preserve the undisturbed tranquility of all resident guests.

Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is welcomed until 11:00 AM. Guests arriving early are invited to leave luggage with our bell captain and begin enjoying the Seahorse swimming pool, lakefront jogging track, or Cuisines restaurant immediately while their suite is prepared.
Complimentary, secured self-parking and valet assistance are provided for all verified overnight guests. For electric vehicles, charging points (Type 2 and DC chargers) are located at designated bays near the arrival pavilion. Simply inform the valet team upon arrival for connector access.
Resort casual elegance is embraced throughout the day. In evening dining rooms, smart casual attire is appreciated. We kindly request that footwear and appropriate dry garments be worn when transitioning from lake pool pavilions into the lobby or fine dining halls.
To safeguard the fragile indigenous wildlife inhabiting the ancient limestone ecosystem—including hornbills, native birds, and rare butterfly species—domestic pets are strictly not permitted within the sanctuary gates. Certified assistance animals can be coordinated with the General Manager in advance.
